From this we can assume that on the Lackless estate there is a secret, hidden, lockless door. One day a son will be born that is of the right blood. It can only be found by a certain candle light that does not show normal light. To open the door you need certain ring, a certain word, and certain rock. This information is told to Lady Lackless as a riddle in her dreams.
So. Kvothe, nephew of Lady Lackless, will solve the riddle. He will open the lockless box, and obtain the precious rock . He will gain a ring and a word. Maybe a ring without a name that shows mastery of word. With a candle that doesn’t shown light he will find the lockless door. With the rock, the ring , and the word he opens the lockless door. When opening the door he will let out a flood, of perhaps a flood of scrael.
